The Impact of God's Love

Commonly, evangelism to LGBTQ-identifying people begins with the premise that same-sex sexual and cross-sex (so-called, “transgender”) behaviors are sin, where the focus rests on the verses that explicitly prohibit these behaviors. How can we study Jesus' teachings in a way that evokes love for God, and how can we create environments of expectation so that LGBT-identifying people turn to God to embrace John 14:15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.”
